Planning your experience
Our Experience Manager will confirm the details, availability and any relevant terms personally before an experience or service is arranged.
When should experiences and services be arranged?
We recommend speaking with our Experience Manager as soon as your residence is confirmed. The most sought-after chefs, boats, guides and tables can require advance notice, although selected services can still be arranged during your stay.
Are the experiences private?
The experiences are planned for you and your group. Where an experience follows a set format, our Experience Manager will explain the details and adapt the itinerary wherever possible.
Can experiences be arranged for children?
Yes. Many experiences can be tailored for younger guests, and selected activities are created especially for families. Our Experience Manager will advise on suitability, timing and any age requirements.
What happens if the weather changes?
Where possible, we will help reschedule the experience or suggest an alternative that works better for the conditions. Any applicable provider terms will be communicated before confirmation.
Can we decide during our stay?
Yes, subject to availability. Guest Relations and our Experience Manager can also help with spontaneous ideas, although early planning gives you the widest choice.
What are the cancellation terms?
Terms depend on the selected experience, service and notice period. They will always be shared transparently before anything is confirmed.
