How many guests can stay at Villa Riviera?
The residence welcomes up to six guests, as well as babies and toddlers. It has five suites and four bathrooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally from 4 pm, with check-out by 10 am. Guest Relations shares the final arrival details before your stay.
What is the minimum stay?
The standard minimum stay is seven nights. Selected shorter stays from four nights may be available depending on the season and travel dates; current options appear in the booking system.
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated on request. Availability, lead times and any additional cost are confirmed during booking.
Is the villa suitable for families with young children?
Yes. Cots, high chairs, a baby monitor, children’s tableware, games and selected play equipment can be prepared before arrival.
What is included with the stay?
Villa Riviera is fully equipped with boutique amenities prepared before arrival. A road-licensed golf cart, Singular Gym access and selected local sports facilities are included subject to the confirmed booking details. Guest Relations and our Experience Manager support you before, during and after your stay.
Which additional services can be arranged?
Our Experience Manager can arrange private chefs, airport transfers, car hire, yacht charters, yoga, restaurant reservations and further experiences tailored to your stay.
How do payment and cancellation work?
A 30% deposit is due within 14 days of booking, with the balance payable four weeks before arrival. Cancellation charges depend on when the booking is cancelled; the current schedule is set out in the booking terms.
