How many guests can stay at Finca Bella Roca?
The residence welcomes up to eight guests, as well as babies and toddlers. It has four suites, each with its own bathroom.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally from 4 pm, with check-out by 10 am. Guest Relations shares the final arrival details before your stay.
What is the minimum stay?
The standard minimum stay is seven nights. Selected shorter stays from four nights may be available depending on the season and travel dates; current options appear in the booking system.
Is the pool heated?
The saltwater pool can be heated on request. Availability, lead times and any additional cost are confirmed during booking.
How far is the finca from Palma and the airport?
Both Palma and Palma de Mallorca Airport can usually be reached in around 30 minutes by car.
What is included with the stay?
Finca Bella Roca is fully equipped for your stay, with all boutique amenities prepared before you arrive. Guest Relations and our Experience Manager support you before, during and after your stay – all you need to bring is your suitcase.
Which additional services can be arranged?
Our Experience Manager can arrange private chefs, airport transfers, car hire, yoga, restaurant reservations, days at sea and further experiences tailored to your stay.
How do payment and cancellation work?
A 30% deposit is due within 14 days of booking, with the balance payable four weeks before arrival. Cancellation charges depend on when the booking is cancelled; the current schedule is set out in the booking terms.
