Generous living without unnecessary reinvention
Not every transformation needs to begin again. Villa Sant Marçal was conceived as a careful evolution of an existing house with strong proportions, generous space and a privileged position above Palma. The vision was to create greater comfort, coherence and contemporary relevance, with enough privacy for individual life and enough openness for time shared.

Sant Marçal is an established residential area valued for its privacy, hillside views and easy connection to Palma, yet it remains less familiar to many international buyers. Private Hideaway Property recognised the potential of the location and found a substantial villa that could be renewed rather than replaced. Its scale, pool, underground garage and flexible internal structure offered the right foundation.

Greater ease within the existing structure
Private Hideaway Architecture approached the 1990s villa with restraint. The structure was retained while bathrooms, floors, lighting and key interior elements were comprehensively renewed. Three residential units were clarified within the house, the pool area was modernised and an expansive kitchen, dining and living space became the natural centre for gathering.

Quiet elegance with comfort and precision
The interior brings soft neutral tones and tactile upholstery together with dark framed glass, brass details, expressive green stone and carefully selected art. Sculptural furniture adds presence without formality. In the generous kitchen, two distinct islands separate cooking from preparation and washing, while layered lighting gives the composition warmth and depth.
